Rebind Commission✦ What do you rebind?
Any paperback copies to hardcovers! It can be your favorite book, manga, light novel, or graphic novel.✦ Do you accept fanfic-binding commissions?
No, I do not accept any commission for fanfic bindings. However, I do accept commissions if it is your own original work. It can be a rebind if your book has already been published, or a handbound copy with a custom typeset if you provide the text of your work.✦ Where do you ship, and how much does shipping cost?
I ship to wherever my local post office allows me to send packages without major restrictions. You can find my shipping FAQ here.✦ Do I retain exclusivity to my commissioned custom rebind design?
All commission designs are not exclusive, meaning that I may reuse the designs again for other commission or book trades. To retain exclusivity of your custom design, you will have to pay an exclusivity fee of.✦ How long does it take for my commission to be shipped out?
Please allow me 4-6 weeks time to work on your commission. In the event there is an art commission included, it may take even longer. For rushed orders, I will charge a rush fee.

You can send me a DM with what you’d like, and I will let you know whether I’m able to accept the commission or not.✦ Can I commission you for a custom endpaper/dust jacket illustration as part of my book rebind commission?
Yes, you can. Please note that I will charge for art and book rebinding as two separate services.You are welcome to look through my art gallery and request any existing art to be used as the endpapers and/or dust jacket. All commissioned art pieces are personal use only; no profit can be made from them. You can make prints for yourself or for your friends to gift away, but you are not allowed to sell prints or merchandise with my art. I retain all the rights to my art, which means I can put them up in my portfolio or sell prints of it. If you wish to sell copies of my art and profit from them, I will charge a commercial fee for them, and a contract needs to be signed.✦ Can I use my own art/another artist’s art for a custom endpaper/dust jacket illustration?
You are welcome to send your own art for rebind commissions. I will only charge for the rebind service in this case.
I do not accept art made by other artists for my rebinding commission.✦ Can I send you AI-generated art for my rebind commission to use as endpapers/dust jackets?
I do not accept AI-generated art for my rebinding commission.

✦ Where do you ship from?
I ship from Germany✦ How much does shipping cost?
Germany - 7 EUR
Europe - 15 EUR
Rest of the World - 27 EUR
Prices are for 2kg maxTracking are included. For expedited shipping please DM about the rate.✦ How long will it take to receive my order after it has been shipped out?
Germany - 7 to 10 business days
Europe - 2 to 3 weeks
Rest of the World - can be anywhere between 6 and 12 weeksI am not responsible for packages lost or delayed by postal services.Please check your tracking and with your local post office about the whereabouts of your package. Should you still not have received your order after 12 weeks, please contact me and I will open up an investigation request.✦ What about customs fees?
The buyer is responsible for any custom / tax / import fees that may incur.

Terms of Service

✦ I reserve the right to decline a commission request without any justification✦ I own the rights over the final artwork and design, meaning I can put them up in my portfolio, website etc. Should the commission be a surprise, please let me know in advance and I will hold off from posting anything about it until the buyer has confirmed it is okay to post.✦ Payment upfront only. Payment will be done through PayPal invoicing and in EUR. Buyer is responsible for any conversion fee that may occur.✦ No refunds can be requested once it has been paid. A refund is only possible if I am certain I will not be able to finish the commission piece anymore, in which case I will reach out to the buyer and let them know.✦ Revisions can be requested at the sketching stage. I will send you drafts and sketches how the design will look before finalizing it. Once I move on to the cleaning up stage of the design, no changes can be requested anymore.✦ Once I start working on your commission, it can take me up to eight weeks to finish it. I will be sending frequent updates in between - you can also request updates anytime.✦ Some minor imperfections may be visible for rebinds.✦ Commission rebind designs are not exclusive. For exclusitivity and commercial usage, a fee will be charged.✦ Each rebind will have its original copyright page intact. I will stamp my bindery logo to the title page✦ All orders will come with tracked shipping. Terms of Use:1. The typeset and art files are for PERSONAL USE only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
1.1. You can use the typesets and art for your personal book rebinds, trades, or copies that are gifted to people.
1.2. You are not allowed to use the artwork for any commercial commissions, or mass produces and sell it in any shape or form for monetary exchanges.
1.3. Including the art as a free print as part of any commercial purpose is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, book binds behind Patreon, or any other sort of paywall, fanfic binding commission etc.2. You can use my art unedited as part of the book illustration, cover art, dust jacket etc.
2.1. You can resize the art and add text over the art for cover designs, however, you are not allowed to make any edits to the art itself. This includes, but is not limited to: changing the colors, redrawing parts, warping and liquifying bits etc.3. You are not allowed to share the typeset and art files with anyone else or re-upload to somewhere else.4. You are prohibited from redistributing, mass-producing, reselling to third-parties/cryptocurrency/NFT, and profiting from the art files in any shape and form.5. You are prohibited from using any of my artwork to train artificial intelligence machines.6. Any usage of the artwork in physical and digital form must be properly credited as “Illustration by szynkaaa”
